Fall 2025
Individual Project + Group Neighborhood Plan
Role: Option Studio Student, Harvard Graduate School of Design
My individual project, invitation bridges, is three distinct housing typologies for modern creatives in Washington Park, Chicago. The project imagines programming for these distinct envelopes that celebrate the work of local Bronzeville creatives. Each hand-made collage vignette represents architectural elements and programming.
Six students from different departments (urban planning, urban design, and architecture) collaborated on the neighborhood plan, Creative Collective, which includes our individual projects. To respond to vacancy and create economic opportunity, this plan celebrates the rich cultural history and contemporary creatives who are defining the future of South Side Chicago.
